Player won a big jackpot, his winning was confiscated due to the fact his brother was also playing and using bonuses what is against terms and conditions of the casino.
The big winning of $50000 was cancelled due to the fact players brother was also playing in the casino with the same phone number. Casino pointed out on the rule where a player should have only one real money account and accuse a player of fraud. In this case, I believe casino should point out on another rule: Only one account from household/IP address/email address is permitted. We believe that this complaint could be closed in favour of the casino if casino provides evidence. With no more evidence, we cannot decide if winning was legitimate.

The player registered a complaint when money stopped coming in
The player was receiving money at first, but then the payments from the Silver Oak casino just stopped - for about 6 weeks. The casino rep. informed the player, that Planet 7 casino handles the payments at that time - because he had winnings from both casinos and they are using the same payment provider, therefore the payout of both winnings will take time. The casino responded with reports of next payments - been approved and paid but the player denied these claims, meaning that these payments were seriously delayed, as is usual with this casino.

After player hit the jackpot and cumulated some winning he decided to withdraw money. Casino refused to pay him full amount and wanted to pay him only $100 because the jackpot comes from free chip money where winnings are limited to $100. Player disagreed and stated that before casino confirmed his winnings and now just tried to find a way how to not pay the big winning. The casino failed to provide some evidence about the case.

The player was offered a free chip. He won and tried to withdraw $1500 (free chip is limited to $100 anyways). Only then the support realized that he played from a country that can't process their payments and therefore wouldn't accept such real money players. Players withdrawal was declined due to the fact he breaches bonus condition.
The casino didn't approve the withdrawal of $600 for the player who based on casino reply used mixed money (special condition for bonuses). Eventually casino representative informed a player that in this case casino decided to make an exemption and all money will be paid in full. Because there are no more complaints from the player or the casino we believed that player got his money. We are more than happy that casino came with a good solution in favour of the player.
